Maryland State Police Dispatcher Needs Support

One of our Maryland State Police Communications Operators, Fran Mullenax, lost her father in a terrible accident on May 21.  Her father, Edward Kolb, was struck by a vehicle while traveling in his wheelchair.  We are simply requesting support for Fran in her time of loss if possible.
