Green Acres (FL) Dispatcher Update

Happy Holidays everyone!

Just to update on Tammy’s condition.  She was released from hospital care and returned home on Monday, before Christmas.  They determined that she contracted a lung infection while in the hospital, which in turn created a whole other list of health issues during her three month stay.  As soon as the infection was clear, all her other levels went back to normal.  She was released with home health care and therapy, and is already able to walk on her own.  I spoke with her last night and she sounds very energetic though she admits that she is still weak and is trying to do a little bit more for herself each day.  Her daily medications were cut in half and she sounds very optimistic that she’ll return to her normal self.  She asked that I thank everyone here for their prayers, donations, and well wishes.
