Indiannapolis Airport Communications Specialist Update
Hello,
I just wanted to touch base and give everyone a quick update. We are still in the waiting phase for Stuart. So far the LCH has not spread to an area that can be biopsied and we can not begin his treatment yet. His Oncologist had ordered a PET scan (it has been discovered that this scan can detect the cells much sooner than other tests) in the hope we can find a “hot spot” and can get treatment started before any more permanent damage is done by the tumor. The insurance company however will not approve the scan which is very costly. We are currently setting up a number of fundraisers in the hopes of raising the money for the scan ourselves.
