Fitchburg (WI) Dispatcher Loses Daughter in Auto Accident

My name is Shannon Gilbertson and I am a dispatcher for Rock County Communications in Janesville, WI.  I wanted to let you know about a friend who is going through a terrible loss. 

Jean Garcia is a dispatcher in Fitchburg, WI, which is a neighboring community of ours.  On Friday afternoon, her 19 yo daughter Andrea Rose Garcia was involved in an automobile accident outside of Madison and sadly, did not survive. 

My hope was that you could get the word out to our fellow dispatchers to send loving thoughts and prayers to Jean and her family during this difficult time.  Cards and thoughts may be sent to:
