Norcomm Dispatch evacuated
due to severe flooding in the Chicagoland area.

The Norcomm PSAP was flooded and we had to evacuate. There are 30 full time dispatchers that are working at remote agencies so that we can continue to provide service to the agencies we serve. We are a consolidated 911 center and provide service to 2 police departments, 7 fire departments, and a mabas division. We would greatly appreciate it if you could include Norcomm in the 911 Cares prayers. Thank you for your support and for your efforts in supporting our industry.

I will make sure that the mail gets forwarded to my personnel. As far as needing anything, I don't believe any of my personnel have personally been displaced by the flood, but their jobs have become increasingly difficult as they are working at various remote psaps to continue to provide service to our agencies.
