We're hoping to help this family that recently lost their home to fire. Please e-mail and see how you can help. Imagine what it would be like to lose your home and dig deep to help this fellow dispatcher. Sending a gift card would be a huge help!  

On Saturday May 10th, while Telecommunicator Karen McClusky was working at the Saline County Central Dispatch Center, a 911 call was received by one of her neighbors, reporting Karen's house was on fire.  Karen's husband Jeff and two daughters Kayla and Sara had left to buy a mother's day present, when the fire broke out.  The interior of the home was a total loss. Karen and her family are staying with relatives.  

The home was covered by insurance and they owned the home. The fire appears to be an electrical fire. No one was injured or pets either.
