I love being able to say that there is only GOOD NEWS to report in this update!
Dannille started back to work in the Comm Center on Wednesday, January 16th. She is only working 20 hours a week right now and goes back to the doctor again on Tuesday, January 29th, to find out what the next step is. She says she was very ready to go back to work and is feeling good, but that she tires very quickly. Now she is hoping that being on a regular schedule again will enable her to start getting more sleep. She says there really isn't much to do now but wait and see how the next tests come out and we are all keeping our fingers crossed that the test results get better and better. Dannille is just happy that for the most part her strength is returning and that she is back to work 20 hours a week. She is very appreciative of the support she has received from emergency service co-workers and fellow dispatchers and says mere words are not nearly enough thanks to give to everyone. And, once again, I can't begin to tell you how blown away I am by the support (physically, emotionally, financially, whatever is needed) we give each other -- people who only know each other through the work we do. WE ROCK!
