Note from 911 CARES, we are excited to hear that Dannille is doing better but she has a long road ahead and there are serious medical bills and co-payments that have not been covered by her insurance. Dannille is doing better. I ran into an ex-co-worker yesterday who said Dannille had stopped by and said her doctor was very pleased by her progress -- she is doing so well right now that she is hoping to go back to work in January. I talked to one of the dispatchers who was at the Roseville training (thanks to 911 CARES and the California Tactical Dispatch Association) she was totally blown away by what happened there (we raised enough money to help pay for two months of Dannille's medical co-payments, over $2,500!) The gals returned from the training and took the money directly to Dannille - two months worth of medical expenses were in the envelope they put into her hands. What you have done/are doing is definitely making a difference in dispatch lives and there really aren't enough words to thank you. Thanks again and I hope your holidays are as terrific as you are!!
