Friends :

We have been asked to pass this information on by Rock County 9-1-1. Please pass this on to fellow 9-1-1 professionals that you know. Something as simple as an agency condolence card would be a huge boost. Don't forget the fellow dispatchers at Rock County who are surely mourning also. Please do what you can to send cards, letters,
prayers, etc. We will check with the agency and see if they are building a memorial fund or scholarship fund for Kolton . We'll also send some teddy bears and other stuff from 911 CARES. Thanks for your support! Don't forget to check www.911cares.com for updates and other activations. We will post this new activation on the site this week but wanted you all to start your support now !. Thanks so much – here is the info from Rock County:

Dear Fellow 9-1-1 Professionals:

This past weekend, we lost a very special person and a close friend to many of us.  Lisa Kelley passed away after a 4-year battle with brain cancer. Lisa, 34, was diagnosed with a brain tumor after having a seizure and driving her car into a ditch while on her way to work at the Rock County Communications Center .  Lisa was employed as a 911 dispatcher at the time.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Jason (32), a Beloit Police Officer and their son, Kolton (8).

Jason and Kolton are looking for support in each other and close friends. Please keep them close to your heart and pray everything works out for them.

We have started to collect cards, letters, donations and any other forms of support locally and wanted to ask for additional support from our fellow dispatchers and friends.  Any support that you are able to provide will help the Kelley family deal with their loss.

There is a monetary fund set up for Kolton's education, etc. at a local bank and I am making sure that all mail and donations get to the family unopened. Their is an account set up at Beloit Municipal Credit Union, 1154 Cranston Road, Beloit Wisconsin 53511. Any donations should be made attention to " Kolton Kelley Fund."

Thank you for your attention and continued support of "911 Cares" and all of our friends and co workers in need.  Please feel free to print this message and post it in your dispatch center.

All forms of support may be sent to:

Keith Cleasby
Rock County Communications Center
