Dear Kevin and 911 Cares,

We received your package today in dispatch and coincidentally both Leigh Ann and Bethany were my partners.  They were on duty with Abby's mother, LeAnn the night of her (Abby's) accident.  We are extremely grateful for the kindness and are filled with gratitude at the gifts 911 cares sent to our dispatch center.  Our copy of "Under the Headset" is already getting a lot of use.  Leigh Ann and I normally are partnered together, and during the night update Abby's web page. We, along with the other 9 dispatchers we work with, have been amazed and astounded by the response 911 Cares has generated to Abby's website.  I don't even think amazed even begins to explain what we are trying to say. Thank you for being there for us and Abby.  We are proud to be part of the dispatch family.
