Dear Kevin,

I would like to thank you for your amazing organizations both 911-Cares and PSTC. I am having a real hard time coming up with any way to thank you enough for what you have done for the Castleberry family and our beloved Abigail. What a wonderful family the communications department really is. With your help to spread the word of this terrible incident we now feel as if so many people are praying for Abby and the family that our Lord will heal Abby completely and quickly. I have always believed that something good comes out of everything no matter how bad it seems at the time. The prayers and best wishes that have come from spreading Abby's story are so full of love that they give us the energy to keep optimistic.

I would also like to thank you and your organizations for helping with the costs of the housing for LeAnn and Leo. We really did not know what to do after the first 30 hours of being up with Abby right after the accident so we looked for a hotel. The only thing available was over $160 per night. We would do anything for our family but we knew this would be a very difficult contribution. When we heard about the Ronald MacDonald house we were relieved that LeAnn and Leo (and even Matt and Hannah) would have a place close by to stay with Abby. And then, to hear that your organizations would step in to take care of the housing cost was, and is overwhelming!

Like I said, I am finding it hard to really tell you how incredibly thankful we, the Castleberry/Castro family are to you, 911-Cares and PSTC.
